FBC’s 26th Annual Women’s Conference will be Saturday February 22nd at our church! We would love to have the ladies attend! Open the online registration form and read all the information about our theme “Your 41 Is Coming!” If you’d like a shirt for the conference, please get that info and payment to Cathy Woolery, Nancy Hollaway, or Rachel Evers by next Sunday January 26. You can order shirts anytime after that you just won’t have them for the conference.

This morning Ginny Barton, who lives somewhere over by Nancy Hollaway, wrote this on the New Plymouth community women’s mom‘s Facebook page. She gave me permission to share it with you all. I just loved her sweet words!“Each weekday when I hear the equipment & back-up alarms operating across the way from my front window, I gleefully anticipate the progress being made on the new church buildings. The 2 new main buildings seem huge, & should house their congregation & community activities for decades. I am blissed for them -- after that horrendous loss by fire. The covered walkways & the main portico are now up, and I can hardly wait to see what comes next: steeple? belfry ? landscaping ?? ALL ! What an undertaking......Selfishly, I know that the vista from here at home-- & for the community as a whole ( even those just passing through on Hwy 30 ) will be nothing but heartwarmingly spectacular. Goosebumps ! I so appreciate the many & differing congregations to be found in our little community, & the level of support provided by & to our populous. That is one of the many things which I hope never changes as our City evolves. May careful wisdom & appreciation of our 'culture' guide us in our unavoidable & promising growth.”
